We fell in love with the property and its unusual shape on the very first viewing, others we had viewed all seemed too similar and this offered something a bit different. It's deceivingly spacious, has plenty of storage space and is always lovely and bright by day and nice and cosy by night.
The quiet location has provided everything we have needed, and has become home after relocating from London. The train station is a short 10/15min walk away for the commute into central London and Bluewater just up the road is effectively our local high street. Hence why we are staying in the area.
This lovely well maintained development has a friendly environment and the centre piece of the Abbey and its greens proves to be a real hub of Ingress Park that we regularly enjoy in the summer months with walks along the river too, it really is a wonderful place to call home.
Eight happy years later, our family has grown by two, so unfortunately we have no option but to size up. We are really sad to go, we love this flat! But can guarantee its new owner will love this home just as much as we have.
