** LOVELY FAMILY HOME IN REQUESTED LOCATION **
We are delighted to bring to market this superb family home in Westfield Road. If you are a young family making your next move, this home has much to offer.
As you step inside you are greeted by a front reception room, currently operating as the lounge. The middle reception room doubles up as a dining / family room which then extends into a well appointed kitchen overlooking the rear, low maintenance garden.
On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms, ideal if you are brining young ones with you and a family bathroom. This has all the ingredients needed for a great first home.
The location is hugely popular with it being just off of Eastney Road and offering great access down to the seafront. Bransbury Park is close by for children to enjoy or a dog walk. A great opportunity and one that needs to viewed as soon as possible!
