We moved into this apartment in 2019 and fell in love with it at first sight-the space, the quiet, and the sense of greenery all around really stood out. It's a great place for families, and being close to some fantastic schools was one of the main reasons we chose to move here.
Despite the peaceful setting, we're really well connected-Sydenham Hill station gets you to Victoria in 14 minutes and Blackfriars in under 25, while nearby Sydenham station has direct routes to London Bridge and Canary Wharf.
It's going to be hard to leave a place that's been such a great fit for our family, but we know the next owners will love it just as much.
